Private Advertiser is seeking a motivated real estate professional in the Philippines to promote and sell properties, generate leads, and assist clients in selecting homes that meet their needs and budget. You will conduct property presentations, site visits, and consultations, while handling inquiries, reservations, and sales documentation.

The role requires reaching sales targets, building strong client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, confident, and goal-driven.
• Willing to do fieldwork, attend site visits, and work on weekends when needed.
• Real estate sales experience or relevant license/certification is an advantage.
