Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an Associate/ Specialist to prepare, review and complete financial processes and deliverables within fixed timeframes, ensuring accuracy across sub-processes.

You will coordinate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, administrators and regulators to query, escalate and resolve issues, maintain process documentation and monitor workflows; late mid-shift hours apply (2 PM–11 PM or 3 PM–12 MN). Strong English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 1 year experience from a multinational company or investment-related work is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work with SLA and metrics.
• Willing to work late mid-shift schedule.
• Proactive, team oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and complete assigned processes and deliverables within predetermined timeframes.
• Ensure sub processes related to the assigned deliverables are completed accurately.
• Coordinate with reviewer schedules to complete deliverables.
• Monitor completion of processes and deliverables across workflows.
• Plan daily workload to identify issues and delays.
• Communicate with onshore counterparts, custodians, brokers, administrators and regulators to query, escalate and resolve issues.
• Perform proper handoffs offshore and onshore.
• Ensure completeness of process documentation.
• Address related processes as required by onshore and offshore teams.
