Qualifications

• 1–2 years IT Helpdesk experience.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking/Wi‑Fi, and remote support.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willing to work UK hours and potential weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support by handling customer calls and tickets, troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking/Wi‑Fi, printers, login issues, and general PC problems.
• Investigate and resolve issues using company procedures and knowledge resources, escalating complex or high-risk concerns when needed.
• Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, outcomes, and handover notes.
• Assist with client-service campaigns during quieter periods, including customer calls and emails.
• Explain technical issues clearly to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly experience.
• Create/update tickets for the UK team and ensure requests are documented and followed through.
• Work with the Optima UK team during training and follow security/data protection procedures.
