Clark Outsourcing is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide first-line IT helpdesk support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking, and general PC issues onsite at Clark Pampanga. You'll document tickets, follow established procedures, and assist with client-service campaigns during quieter periods while coordinating with the UK team, including potential weekend support.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of IT Helpdesk experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking/Wi‑Fi, and remote support.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and similar tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer‑focused with a calm and professional telephone manner.
• Willing to work UK hours and potential weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support by handling customer calls and support tickets, troubleshooting Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, networking/Wi‑Fi, printers, login issues, and general PC problems.
• Investigate and resolve issues using company procedures and knowledge resources, escalating complex or high‑risk concerns when needed.
• Accurately document support requests, troubleshooting steps, actions taken, outcomes, and necessary handover notes.
• Assist with prepared client‑service campaigns during quieter helpdesk periods, including customer calls, emails, and service follow‑ups.
• Clearly explain technical issues and service information to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly experience.
• Create and update tickets or tasks for the UK team and ensure customer requests are properly documented and followed through.
• Work closely with the Optima UK team during training and follow company procedures for security, data protection, and customer information.
