Job summary

Dangdang New Energy Auto Service Philippines is seeking Sales Consultants in Makati to build strong customer relationships and drive sales for GAC Aion electric vehicles. This full-time role focuses on understanding customer needs, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating deals, and maintaining client pipelines.

Ideal candidates have a background in automotive sales, excellent communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• College-level or college graduates from any field. K-12 graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
• Prior experience in sales, particularly in the automotive industry, is a significant advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and a proven ability to drive is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Understand customer needs and preferences through effective communication.
• Offer personalized guidance and support throughout the entire customer journey.
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate deals effectively.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Market Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of GAC Aion vehicles, features, and competitive offerings.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing and promotion strategies, and financing options.
• Sales & Administrative Duties: Document sales activities, track customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance customer experience.
