Qualifications

• Knowledge of EWT and VAT (Value Added Tax).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow safety and security protocols to protect assets.
• Communicate with agencies, such as BIR and banks, as required.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Job Summary :

The Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions. This role involves accurately handling cash, credit, and debit transactions while providing excellent customer service. The Cashier will also assist with inventory management, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The key responsibilities will be :

1. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
2. Handle cash, checks, and credit card payments.
3. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
4. Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers.
5. Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
7. Follow safety and security protocols to protect company assets.
8. Communicate and coordinate with relevant agencies such as BIR and banks.
9. Other task that may be assigned by the Finance Manager from time to time.

Qualifications :

• A bachelor’s degree in fields such as logistics, transportation management, public administration, or business administration.
• Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred, particularly in an automotive company.
• Must be knowledgeable in Expanded Withholding Tax ( EWT ) and Value Added Tax ( VAT )
• Knowledgeable in MS Office like excel, word, powerpoint.
• Strong mathematical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
