Job summary

Horizon Auto Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Sales & Aftersales Trainer to develop knowledge, skills, and performance across both Sales and Aftersales teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, HR, marketing, education, psychology, automotive).
• 2–3 years in Training, Learning & Development, or automotive sales/aftersales training.
• Automotive dealership experience highly preferred.
• Experience training both Sales and Aftersales is an advantage.
• Knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and aftersales processes.
• Familiarity with EVs and automotive technology is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite across multiple branches; 6-day workweek.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for Sales and Aftersales.
• Conduct product knowledge training on BYD vehicles and EV tech.
• Lead sales training on consultative selling, engagement, negotiation, and closing.
• Lead Aftersales training on service processes, warranty, and parts.
• Provide orientation on dealership processes, systems, and SOPs.
• Assess training needs via evaluations, coaching, and branch feedback.
• Develop training materials, manuals, assessments, and job aids.
• Coordinate with departments to align programs with business needs.
• Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Stay updated on BYD products and dealership best practices.
