Job summary

XPENG Philippines is seeking a Regional Training Lead to design and deliver technical training for the local aftersales network. You will craft curricula, organize schedules, and prepare learner materials to support dealership and service center teams.

You will deliver onsite sessions, webinars, and workshops in English, with a focus on EV systems and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong public speaking skills and proactive program management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or equivalent related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in automotive aftersales training.
• Solid EV technical background and ability to understand complex vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Devise regional technical training programs for Philippines market aligned with HQ requirements.
• Develop training schedules and classroom agendas for local dealerships and aftersales teams.
• Define and finalize localized course content based on regional objectives and business needs.
• Create and update training materials including presentations, worksheets, and learner guides.
• Deliver onsite training, online webinars, and workshops for Philippine aftersales network.
• Arrange and conduct regular on-site training across local dealerships and service centers.
