Qualifications

• 5–7 years in sales training within automotive industry
• Proven ability to develop and implement training modules on sales processes and product knowledge
• Experience conducting field training, coaching, and performance monitoring
• Strong understanding of EV technologies and dealership operations
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for diverse trainees
• Willingness to travel frequently to branches in North Luzon
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools

Responsibilities

• Design and implement sales training programs tailored to EVs
• Standardize and monitor sales process execution across branches
• Deliver in-person training and coaching during branch visits
• Provide EV product knowledge, including features, benefits, and incentives
• Lead onboarding for new sales consultants
