Job summary

YTO EXPRESS (PHILIPPINES) TECHNOLOGY GROUP CORPORATION is seeking a Linehaul Dispatch Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely, safe, and efficient movement of shipments between hubs, warehouses, and branches.

You will assign trucks and drivers, monitor schedules, and maintain dispatch records. Strong leadership, Excel skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential, with willingness for shifting schedules including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in linehaul dispatch, fleet operations, transportation, or logistics required or preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of truck dispatching, route planning, shipment documentation, and fleet coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assign trucks and drivers to daily linehaul schedules based on shipment volume forecasts, route requirements, and priorities.
• Monitor dispatch schedules and real-time truck movements to ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Coordinate with 6-wheeler and 10-wheeler driver teams regarding routes, loading requirements, and timelines.
• Adjust truck assignments and schedules as shipment volume or vehicle availability changes.
• Supervise dispatch staff in preparing manifests, waybills, trip tickets, and related documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of dispatch records and shipment documentation.
• Monitor truck dispatch status, route deviations, delays, and movements.
• Resolve dispatch-related issues with drivers, transporters, and operations teams.
