Elev8 Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Officer to oversee day-to-day fleet operations in Makati. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective use of company vehicles, coordinating dispatch, maintenance, fuel monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

You will manage vehicle records, fleet cards and vendor relationships while working with drivers, mechanics, and service providers to maintain reliable fleet services. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics or vehicle administration.
• Knowledge of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in fuel monitoring, fleet cards, cost tracking and record management.
• Understanding of vehicle registration, insurance, safety standards and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management or GPS systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and practical vehicle knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for field inspections and urgent fleet needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle dispatch and driver assignments based on business needs.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, mileage, and fleet availability for efficiency.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and servicing of fleet vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, permits and compliance.
• Administer Fleet Cards, monitor fuel transactions and reconcile expenses.
• Track fuel consumption and investigate anomalies or misuse.
• Maintain accurate fleet records including vehicle history and maintenance logs.
• Prepare reports on utilization, costs, fuel, and vehicle performance.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, vendors for timely fleet support.
• Monitor driver compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support audits and cost-optimization initiatives.
