Job summary

UNISON MOTOR CORPORATION is seeking a Sales Administration Staff to support daily sales operations for a brand-new car dealership with EV experience. You will handle filing, data entry, and documentation while ensuring accurate records and smooth processing of sales invoices.

The role requires 1–2 years in a brand-new car dealership and hands-on EV dealership experience, with strong Excel/Word skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a brand-new car dealership.
• Experience in EV dealership environments.
• Knowledge of sales processing and sales invoicing.
• Experience in sales administration and dealership documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage filing, data entry, and monitoring of documents.
• Maintain accurate sales and dealership records.
• Assist in processing of sales transactions and related documentation.
• Prepare and process sales invoices and other sales documents.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments for document needs.
• Prepare reports, forms, and other necessary documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
