Job summary

V-Green Philippines is seeking an EV Charging Station Operation Specialist to support the rollout and daily operation of charging facilities nationwide. You will manage handovers with partners, train staff, perform contractor supervision, and ensure service levels meet performance standards.

You should have a Bachelor's in Electronics/EE/Telecommunications, at least 2 years in operations or a technical role, and a solid grasp of power systems and EV charging tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communications Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, Electronics or Telecommunications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, maintenance, or a technical role.
• Solid understanding of power systems, EV charging technology, and telecommunications.

Responsibilities

• Manage handover and operational setup of EV charging stations with partners.
• Train and support partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and inventory control of charging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair EV chargers to maintain high performance.
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure compliance with service agreements.
• Coordinate with technical teams and partners on operational initiatives.
• Flexible and willing to travel across the Philippines.
