Job summary

VGreen Charging Station Development Philippines Inc. seeks a Country Manager to lead strategic, operational, and commercial execution of EV charging and battery swapping deployments in the Philippines.

The role drives network expansion targets, ensures regulatory compliance, and manages P&L for the country. Based in Pasay, you will lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Business Development, building partnerships with government bodies and industry stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field; MBA advantageous.
10–15 years in energy, infrastructure, EV charging, or related industries with large-scale deployment exposure.
Strong stakeholder management across government, utilities, and private partners.
Proven leadership of cross-functional department heads and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute country strategy for EV charging and battery swapping infrastructure.
Lead end-to-end rollout including site acquisition, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
Ensure uptime, reliability, and safety of charging and BSS networks; oversee maintenance and monitoring.
