Job summary

V-Green is seeking a Country Manager to lead strategic, operational, and commercial execution of EV charging and battery swapping infrastructure in the Philippines. You will drive network expansion, ensure technical reliability, regulatory compliance, and financial performance of EVCS and BSS across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA or business/energy degree is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, EV charging, or related industries; strong deployment/operations exposure.
• Strong stakeholder management across government, utilities, and private sector partners.
• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional heads and driving organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country strategy for EV charging and battery swapping infrastructure.
• Lead end-to-end rollout, site acquisition, permitting, construction, and commissioning.
• Ensure uptime, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance of networks.
• Drive revenue growth through utilization, pricing, and partnerships; manage P&L.
• Engage with government bodies for policy alignment and permits; represent company in industry discussions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and set performance targets; build a high-performance culture.
• Oversee ESG compliance and sustainable mobility initiatives in the Philippines.
