Job summary

V-Green Philippines is expanding and seeks an EV Charging Station Operation Specialist to lead hands-on setup and ongoing operations with partners across the country.

You will train partners, perform regular inspections, and coordinate with technical teams to implement operational initiatives, ensuring reliable charging services.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/ECE or related field, at least 2 years in a technical role, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Telecommunications or related field.
• At least 2 years in operations, maintenance, or a technical role.
• Solid understanding of power systems and EV charging tech.
• Experience with partner training and contractor supervision.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage handover and setup of EV charging stations with partners.
• Train and support partners for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and inventory control of charging equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair EV chargers to ensure high performance.
• Supervise third-party contractors and ensure service agreement compliance.
• Coordinate with technical teams and partners on operational initiatives.
