Job summary

TRANSNATIONAL DIVERSIFIED GROUP, INC. is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive growth in our EV charging network and energy solutions business. The role uses data-driven insights to shape strategy in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, build analytics tools, and support partnerships and site expansion efforts. Strong Excel/BI skills and startup mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of startup/consultancy/analytical role experience (fresh grads welcome).
• Interest in EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or tech sectors.
• Strong Excel modeling and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Analyze EV charging data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop commercial models, pricing, and financial projections.
• Build dashboards to monitor station performance and KPIs.
• Support commercial terms, partnerships, and site expansion strategies.
• Identify bottlenecks in deployment and propose process improvements.
• Translate data into actionable insights for decision making.
