You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, build analytics tools, and support partnerships and site expansion efforts. Strong Excel/BI skills and startup mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of startup/consultancy/analytical role experience (fresh grads welcome).
• Interest in EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or tech sectors.
• Strong Excel modeling and data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau).

We are looking for a Business Development Associate to support the growth of our EV charging network and energy solutions business through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical foundation who can translate complex data into actionable strategies in a fast-paced and innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze EV charging station usage, revenue, and network performance data to identify growth opportunities

• Develop commercial models, pricing strategies, and financial projections for EV charging and energy projects

• Build and manage dashboards and analytics tools to monitor station performance and business KPIs

• Support the development of commercial terms, partnerships, and site expansion strategies

• Identify operational bottlenecks in charging station deployment and operations and recommend process improvements

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field

• 2–3 years of experience in a startup, consultancy, or analytical/commercial role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Experience or strong interest in EV infrastructure, renewable energy, or technology sectors

• Proficient in advanced Excel / Google Sheets modeling

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical data and business strategy

• High curiosity for emerging technologies, EV trends, and sustainable mobility
