Job summary

OX Tools is hiring a Supply Chain & Demand Assistant to support EUK supply chain and demand-planning operations. You will handle routine administrative tasks, monitor stock levels, and prepare regular reports to help the Demand and wider Supply Chain teams.

Reporting to the EUK Demand Planning Team Lead, you will liaise with Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse teams to confirm lead times and updates, ensuring data accuracy across ERP/NetSuite and product master data.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or related role.
• Experience with purchase-order processing and supplier follow-up.
• Experience supporting supplier management and issue resolution.
• Experience using an ERP system; NetSuite knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong data and inventory management capability.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support EUK Demand Team Lead with day-to-day supply chain tasks.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels; flag shortages or excess stock.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports (stock cover, ageing, forecast).
• Track purchase orders and inbound shipments; liaise with Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse.
• Communicate with Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, Ops to support planning.
• Assist inventory reconciliation between ERP/NetSuite and Warehouse systems.
• Maintain accurate records of POs, forecasts, promotions, and product changes.
• Support S&OP process; schedule meetings and track actions.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced, organised, and results-driven Supply Chain & Demand Assistant to support EUK supply chain and demand-planning operations. Reporting to the EUK Demand Planning Team Lead, this role will take ownership of routine supply chain activities, reporting, queries, and out-of-stock tasks. The role will also provide basic operational coverage during the Demand Planning Team Lead’s absence, helping to reduce continuity risk and support the continued growth of EUK operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the EUK Demand Team Lead with day-to-day supply chain and demand planning administrative tasks.
• Monitor stock and inventory levels across the EUK network, flagging potential shortages, excess stock or replenishment needs.
• Data & Reporting: Prepare, update and distribute regular reports (e.g., stock cover, inventory ageing, forecast accuracy, sell-through) to the Demand and wider Supply Chain teams.
• Track purchase order and inbound shipment status by liaising with the Purchasing, Logistics and Warehouse teams to confirm lead times and delivery updates.
• Communicate effectively with the Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse and Ops teams, and respond to requests from Sales and Customer Service, to support supply and demand planning.
• Support inventory reconciliation between the ERP/NetSuite and Warehouse systems, working with the Warehouse and Ops teams to investigate and resolve stock discrepancies
• Documentation Management: Ensure internal systems (ERP/NetSuite) are kept accurate and up to date, including PO status, stock movements and product master data.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date records of purchase orders, forecasts, promotions, new product introductions and phase-outs affecting supply and demand.
• Support the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process, including scheduling meetings, preparing packs and tracking actions.

What we’re looking for:

Skills/Experience

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or a related operational role.
• Good knowledge of purchase-order processing, supplier follow-up, and purchasing controls.
• Experience supporting supplier management, supplier performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Experience using an ERP system; knowledge of NetSuite would be advantageous.
• Competence in maintaining accurate supply chain and inventory data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
