Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. is seeking a technical support engineer to assist end users and maintain client environments. The role involves onsite and desk-side support for PCs, printers, and peripherals, with emphasis on imaging and hardware troubleshooting.

The candidate will handle service events within SLA, support video conferencing setups, and assist with data backup/restoration as needed. Fluency in local language and good English are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience using a call logging system.
• Good working knowledge of Windows 7/10 and related Office applications.
• Support experience with MACs would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of mobile devices (Android/iPhone) and current/legacy hardware.
• Ability to replace defective parts as identified by client.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and desk side support to End Users and Special Devices.
• Troubleshoot PC-related problems as directed.
• Complete service events and requests within SLA in pressurized environment.
• Build, configure and troubleshoot imaging on customer PCs and laptops.
• Ensure service events are updated daily.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing.
• Support printers, scanners and peripherals.
• Support mobile devices (iPads, iPhones, Android).
• Perform end-user data backup and restoration as required.
