Job summary

Sunwave Communications is a global wireless infrastructure leader seeking a senior sales executive to shape strategy and win in EMEA. You will own key accounts, build relationships with operators and customers, and capture project orders while coordinating with HQ.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in wireless sales, a strong DAS and Private LTE/5G background, and proven success in direct and channel sales (SI, VAR, MSP).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of wireless sales experience with a track record of building and maintaining sales lead relationships.
• Deep technical background and solution-selling capability in DAS and Private LTE/5G Networks.
• Fluency in direct sales and channel sales with familiarity in procurement processes.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work remotely with HQ.
• Strong sense of responsibility, pressure-resilient, and capable in multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently internationally.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competition across EMEA.
• Own designated countries/accounts; build relationships with operators and key customers; capture orders.
• Recruit partners, develop channel sales (SI, VAR, MSP), and grow Sunwave's ecosystem in EMEA.
• Open new fronts: support ODM in the EU and lead expansion into Africa and the Middle East.
• Sell Sunwave's DAS and 5G private network solutions to technical buyers; engage in solution selling.
• Track sales activities, report OTE progress, and relay market intelligence to HQ for decision-making.
