VA Masters is seeking a detail-oriented Etsy Listings Specialist to manage and optimize our online storefront, create high-converting product listings, perform keyword research, and ensure the shop stays competitive and easy to discover. The ideal candidate has hands-on Etsy experience and a strong eye for detail when it comes to product presentation and SEO.

Qualifications

Must have proven experience creating and managing Etsy shop listings.
Strong understanding of Etsy SEO best practices and keyword research.
Experience with basic photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Familiarity with Etsy Seller Dashboard and shop management tools.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong written communication for customer messages and listing copy.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and optimize Etsy product listings, including titles, descriptions, and tags.
Conduct keyword research to improve product visibility and search ranking on Etsy.
Edit and format product photos to align with brand standards.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and variations across listings.
Research competitor listings and market trends to identify optimization opportunities.
Organize and categorize shop sections for a clean storefront.
Respond to customer inquiries related to listings and orders.
Track listing performance and suggest improvements based on data.
Assist with seasonal listing updates and new product launches.
