Job summary

VA Masters is seeking an Etsy Graphic Designer and E-commerce Marketing VA to craft visuals and drive promotions for a growing wedding-niche store. You will design product graphics and listing images, craft listings optimized for Etsy search, and run social media campaigns to generate steady orders.

The role requires a commercial eye and the ability to push campaigns forward with minimal supervision, while reporting daily results to the owner.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of ecommerce visuals including product mockups and listing images.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent.
• Hands-on Etsy seller/designer experience
• Knowledge of Etsy SEO including titles, tags, and descriptions
• Experience creating marketing content for ecommerce products
• Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and daily reporting

Responsibilities

• Design product graphics and listing images, finishing raw materials supplied to you such as logos, markups, and product photography included
• Turn out a consistent visual identity across the store's listings, banners, and promotional assets
• Build marketing and social media content that promotes products and generates steady order flow
• Build and sharpen Etsy listings with strong SEO across titles, tags, and descriptions
• Research and choose new products to add to the store based on demand and competitor activity
• Track listing and campaign performance, then revise visuals, keywords, and copy to lift results
• Handle the daily upkeep of the store so listings stay current and accurate
• Report completed work and store activity on a daily basis
• Back the launch of further stores and sales channels as the business expands
