Qualifications
- Proven experience building and running Etsy shop listings.
- Strong grasp of Etsy SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Experience with basic photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
- Familiarity with the Etsy Seller Dashboard and shop management tools.
- Dependable, precise, and able to work under little supervision.
- Strong written communication skills for customer messages and listing copy.
Responsibilities
- Build, edit, and sharpen Etsy product listings, titles, descriptions, and tags.
- Carry out keyword research to lift product visibility on Etsy.
- Edit and format product photos to meet brand standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and variations across listings.
- Study competitor listings and market trends to find improvements.
- Organize shop sections for a clean storefront.
- Answer customer inquiries about listings, orders, and product details.
- Track listing performance and suggest enhancements from views and conversions.
- Assist with seasonal updates and new product launches.
