Excellent written communication for customer messages and listing copy.

Responsibilities

Build, edit, and sharpen Etsy product listings, titles, descriptions, and tags included
Dig into keyword research that lifts product visibility and search ranking on Etsy
Edit and format product photos for listings so they line up with brand standards
Keep watch on inventory levels, pricing, and variations across listings and refresh them
Study competitor listings and market trends to turn up openings for improvement
Arrange and categorize shop sections for a clean, easy-to-navigate storefront
Answer customer inquiries and messages tied to listings, orders, and product details
Track listing performance and put forward improvements drawn from views, favorites, and conversion data
Pitch in on seasonal or promotional listing updates and new product launches
