Job summary

Lynk Global is seeking an experienced Window & Door Estimator to join our Manila team and work directly with an Australian aluminium window and door manufacturer. You will manage estimating, quotations and tender preparation in collaboration with the Production Manager and management team.

Key responsibilities include reviewing drawings and specifications, preparing quotations, managing tender inquiries, and coordinating with suppliers and architects.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating experience with aluminium windows, doors and glazing.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specs.
• Experience with tender processes and client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and tenders for aluminium windows, doors and glazing packages.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications and tender documents; raise RFIs as needed.
• Prepare quotations using the client’s systems (AWS VQuote38, Capral V6, Alspec iQ).
• Manage tender enquiries through EstimateOne and email; assign quote numbers and track tenders.
• Liaise with aluminium, glass, hardware and other trade suppliers.
• Follow up on tenders, respond to queries, and maintain client/architect relationships.
• Support pricing negotiations with management.
• Ensure tender files are complete and ready for handover to production.

About the Role
Lynk Global is looking for an experienced Window & Door Estimator to join our Manila team and work directly with an Australian aluminium window and door manufacturer.

You will manage estimating, quotations and tender preparation, working closely with the client’s Production Manager and management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and tenders for aluminium windows, doors and glazing packages.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, reports and tender documents, raising RFIs where information is unclear or incomplete.
• Prepare quotations using the client’s systems, including AWS VQuote38, Capral V6 and Alspec iQ.
• Manage tender enquiries through EstimateOne and email, allocate quote numbers and maintain tender tracking records.
• Liaise with aluminium, glass, hardware and other trade suppliers.
• Follow up outstanding tenders, respond to technical and design queries, and maintain relationships with clients and architects.
• Support pricing negotiations in conjunction with management.
• Ensure tender files are complete, accurate and organised for handover to production.

Qualifications

• Strong estimating experience with aluminium windows, doors, glazing or closely related products.
• Ability to confidently interpret architectural drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Good understanding of window fabrication processes, production timeframes and site installation requirements.
• Familiarity with aluminium systems, glazing products and hardware.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
• Clear communication skills and the confidence to work independently while coordinating with clients, suppliers and internal teams

Preferred

• Previous experience estimating windows and doors for Australian projects.
• AWS VQuote38 experience is strongly preferred. Experience with Capral V6, Alspec iQ or other specialist window and door estimating software would be highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with EstimateOne, AS 1288:2021, WERS and section alignment requirements.
