Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, is seeking a Sales Support specialist to assist the Sales Team with estimating, customer records, lead management, and daily tasks, ensuring information is organized and up to date.

You will help prepare take-offs, basic estimates, pricing, and sales documents; improve costing processes in the ERP; keep CRM data current; and support follow-ups, reports, and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales support or estimating.
• Background in construction, engineering, steel fabrication, or related industry preferred.
• Comfort with measurements, costing, and basic project pricing.
• Proficient in estimating software and CRM data management.

Job description

This role helps the Sales Team with estimating, customer records, lead management, and other daily sales tasks. The position also supports basic project costing and keeps sales information organized and updated.

Salary

PHP 35,000–40,000

Responsibilities

• Help prepare quantity take-offs, basic estimates, pricing, and sales documents.
• Assist with improving the estimating and costing process using the company’s ERP system.
• Update customer and lead information in Pipedrive or other CRM systems.
• Monitor the sales email and handle or forward basic enquiries.
• Help find and check potential leads before adding them to the CRM.
• Assist customers with their requests and follow-ups.
• Keep the leads database updated, including contact details, status, and follow-up notes.
• Support the Sales Team with follow-ups, reports, records, and other sales-related tasks.
• Help with other estimating and administrative work as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales support, estimating, sales administration, or a similar position.
• Background in construction, engineering, steel fabrication, or a related industry is preferred.
• Comfortable working with measurements, quantities, costing, and basic project pricing.
• Experience using estimating or take-off software such as Bluebeam, CostX, Cubit, or similar tools.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for calculations, costing, and preparing estimates.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and experience keeping customer or sales records updated.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and handling basic sales enquiries.
• Able to work with different software and learn new systems when needed.
• Organized and able to keep track of multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Careful with details and able to check work for accuracy.
• Responsible, dependable, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
