About the Role

We are looking for experienced esports professional with deep knowledge of the esports industry and ecosystem. The candidate must understand the operational, business, and management aspects of esports, including teams, players, tournaments, game publishers, sponsorships, and industry relationships. This role will be responsible for building and managing esports projects, developing competitive teams, handling industry partnerships, and supporting the company’s long-term esports strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong esports industry experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to independently manage esports operations and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Esports Operations Management Manage and oversee the company’s esports operations and daily activities Develop operational strategies and long-term esports planning Coordinate team logistics, tournament participation, bootcamps, and travel arrangements Build and maintain internal SOPs and operational workflows Manage team administration and reporting processes Support internal coordination between management, players, coaches, and staff.

• Team Building & Talent Acquisition Identify, recruit, and evaluate esports players, coaches, analysts, and managers Build esports rosters and competitive teams based on company objectives Source potential esports organizations or teams for partnerships or acquisitions Manage tryouts, scouting, and roster planning Develop long-term talent pipelines and industry connections.

• Industry Relations & Partnership Management Build and maintain relationships with game publishers, tournament organizers, and esports organizations Communicate with players, agents, team managers, and external stakeholders Support sponsorship discussions and commercial partnerships Represent the company in esports-related meetings, events, and negotiations Expand the company’s esports industry network and presence.

• Brand & Social Media Support Support esports branding and content direction Provide esports-related market insights and trend analysis Assist with social media growth strategies and community engagement Help create storylines, campaigns, and content opportunities around teams and tournaments.

• Administrative & Business Support Assist with budgeting and operational expense management Coordinate contracts and esports-related documentation Prepare reports and updates for management Ensure smooth internal communication and project execution Requirements Mandatory.
