Job summary

goFLUENT Philippines, Inc. is seeking an ESL Training Coach to mentor language trainers and boost their teaching and assessment skills through targeted coaching and feedback.

You will deliver engaging online training, create materials with SMEs and instructional designers, and coordinate professional development sessions to keep trainers up to date with CEFR frameworks and best practices. This onsite role at Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with a mid-shift from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Extensive experience as a language trainer, instructor, or educator, preferably with coaching/mentoring.
• Excellent understanding of CEFR or other frameworks and their training applications.
• Proficiency with web conferencing tools, LMS, and other online training platforms.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to give constructive feedback.
• Certifications in online training, virtual facilitation, language teaching, coaching, or language assessments are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support language trainers: provide coaching and feedback to improve teaching and assessment skills.
• Facilitate online training sessions: lead discussions, answer questions, and gather participant feedback.
• Develop training materials with SMEs and instructional designers, ensuring engaging and effective content.
• Coordinate professional development opportunities: identify needs and organize relevant sessions, workshops or webinars.
