Job summary

goFLUENT is seeking an ESL Training Coach to mentor language trainers and enhance online training programs. You will guide instructors, provide feedback, and help maintain high standards in instructional delivery as part of our global learning solutions.

Based in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City, this onsite, full-time role offers a consistent Mon-Fri schedule with a late afternoon to midnight shift, collaborating with SMEs and instructional designers to create engaging, effective language training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, communication, or related field.
• Extensive experience as a language trainer or educator; coaching/mentoring preferred.
• Knowledge of CEFR and its application in training.
• Experience with web conferencing tools and LMS.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support language trainers through coaching sessions and feedback.
• Facilitate online training sessions and administer evaluations.
• Develop online training materials with SMEs and instructional designers.
• Identify professional development needs and coordinate related sessions.
