Job summary

Resolv Global is seeking a capable English/ESL Trainer to join our Dagupan team. The role focuses on delivering engaging, structured English training to adult learners in a professional setting, identifying gaps, and tailoring instruction to meet individual needs.

You will design sessions covering spoken and written English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and professional communication, while tracking progress and providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in ESL, English language training, corporate training, BPO training, or a closely related field.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Demonstrated experience training or teaching adult learners.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to explain English concepts clearly to learners at different proficiency levels.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive and professional manner.
• Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English and ESL training to adult learners in a professional environment.
• Develop and facilitate training sessions focused on spoken and written English, grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and professional communication.
• Assess learners' English proficiency and identify development needs.
• Adapt training methods and materials to different learning levels and styles.
• Facilitate classroom-based and interactive learning activities that encourage participation.
• Provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to learners.
• Coach employees individually or in small groups when additional support is required.
• Track learner progress and identify areas requiring reinforcement.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure learning and development.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand communication and performance needs.
• Help develop and improve training materials and learning resources.
• Maintain accurate training and learner records.
• Create a positive, professional learning environment.
• Identify recurring language challenges and recommend training solutions.
• Continuously improve training approaches based on learner performance and feedback.
