Job summary

goFLUENT is looking for a Language Trainer Coach to support and mentor language trainers, enhancing their teaching effectiveness through individualized coaching and training. The role involves developing engaging online training materials and facilitating online training sessions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, has extensive experience in language training and mentoring, and is proficient in online training tools. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience as a language trainer or educator, preferably with mentoring.
• Strong understanding of language proficiency frameworks like CEFR.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support language trainers through individualized coaching.
• Facilitate online training sessions and encourage participation.
• Develop interactive training materials with subject matter experts.
• Identify training needs of language trainers and coordinate sessions.
