Job summary

51Talk is seeking an Educational Mentor to guide ESL teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classrooms. You will assist in training sessions, ensuring clear communication between the academic team and teachers, and monitoring performance to provide constructive feedback.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in education or related fields, teaching experience (ESL a plus), and strong interpersonal skills to support team growth and curriculum development in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related field.
• Teaching experience (ESL teaching is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, support, and work collaboratively with others.
• Organized, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to ESL teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Assist in facilitating training sessions and workshops for teachers.
• Act as a bridge between the academic team and teachers to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor teacher performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with senior leads in improving teaching strategies and curriculum design.
