Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Systems Support Agent to join our Business Operations team in Clark, Philippines. The role focuses on supporting ERP, POS, and financial integration platforms, including Dynamics 365 BC, LS Retail, and Xero integrations.

You will troubleshoot, administer access, and ensure data integrity across multi-platform systems. You will also develop SOPs and SCORM training materials, assist with store rollouts, and engage with franchise owners to drive system adoption and compliant

Qualifications

Experience supporting ERP, POS, and financial integration software.
Direct exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail, or Xero preferred.
Ability to draft SOPs and SCORM training modules.
Strong audit trails, change management, and authorization controls.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Frontline technical and ticket management across ERP, POS, hardware, and Xero integration.
Administer user access, configurations, monitor performance, enforce data integrity.
Troubleshoot sub-ledger integration and assist with invoice corrections.
Assist with store setups, go-live testing, and post-deployment support.
Design and publish SOPs, knowledge base, user manuals, and SCORM content.
Engage with Franchise Owners, Business Managers, store teams to improve adoption.
