TOA Global is seeking an Accounts Officer to join our Manila-based Business Support Team, onsite and full-time. You will manage end-to-end accounts payable, accounts receivable, and data management across ERP systems while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role emphasizes collaboration, adherence to procedures, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment with a daytime shift. Opportunities for growth within corporate finance administration and ERP operations abound.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in finance administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping support, or data management.
• Strong proficiency with ERP platforms such as Odoo or similar systems and cloud accounting tools like Xero.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer and vendor databases and manage product data across ERP systems.
• Process payment allocations, monthly statements, and new customer account setup with proper documentation.
• Execute weekly and monthly payment runs and perform supplier reconciliations.
• Double-check data accuracy, raise discrepancies, and collaborate with the team during peak workloads.
