Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, process engineering, business management or equivalent.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and past ERP rollouts.
• 5–7 years in process mapping, documentation, project management, and ERP rollout involvement.
• Proficient in process mapping tools (Visio, SAP Signavio, Nintex Promapp).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong technical writing for end-user docs, maps, and manuals.
• Superior written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to process mapping experts during ERP rollout.
• Document global design templates and process documentation for ERP rollout.
• Collaborate with area owners to document existing processes.
• Develop and maintain accurate process maps using mapping tools.
• Collect inputs to define end-to-end 'to be' processes with harmonization and local design variations.
• Create procedures, guidelines, working instructions and user guides.
• Define KPIs with functional leads and analyze process performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks for the GSS BMS team.
