Job summary

Merck Group is seeking a Delivery Key User to bolster PROCUREMENT, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, and Vendor Master Data across multiple ERP systems. You will provide in-depth knowledge, assist with incident management, train purchasing agents, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and IT, lead change requests, perform testing for major releases, and support post-go-live adoption to ensure consistent system usage and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex Procure To Pay experience.
• End-to-end AP knowledge and process ownership.
• Vendor Master Data knowledge is a plus.
• Strong command of ERP systems: SAP, Oracle, Ariba.
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level Ariba and ERP support via Service Now.
• Manage incidents; train and onboard new Key Users; maintain training materials.
• Lead change requests and update requirements as needed.
• Create and execute test cases for major releases and changes.
• Identify efficiency improvements in P2P processes across systems.
• Participate in transformation, migration, and deployment projects.
• Support post-go-live end-user adoption and usage accuracy.
• Help standardize P2P processes and drive streamlining in AP.
