Job summary

Heritage Multi Office Products in the Philippines is seeking an experienced INFOR Consultant / Manager to oversee INFOR ERP systems, working with business users and IT teams to optimize processes and ensure reliability.

You will lead implementations, configurations, and support activities, coordinate with departments such as Finance, Operations, and HR, and guide project teams to timely delivery; strong communication and analytical skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 6 months experience with INFOR ERP systems.
• Experience in INFOR implementation, support, configuration, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support INFOR ERP applications and business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into INFOR system solutions.
• Provide technical and functional support to users.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution.
• Assist with INFOR implementation, configuration, testing, and system improvements.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced INFOR Consultant / Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and improving INFOR ERP systems while working closely with business users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
