Job summary

InnovaThink Corporation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise system implementation projects from planning through deployment in Metro Manila. You will manage SAP-related ERP initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication, and the ability to drive multiple ERP projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, including ERP projects.
• Experience with SAP implementations, migrations, or rollout projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with MS Project and Jira.
• PM certifications in Agile/Scrum are advantageous.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise system implementation projects from planning through deployment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, experience delivering ERP implementation projects, and exposure to SAP environments. This role requires effective stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage ERP implementation, enhancement, migration, and rollout projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with business users, functional and technical teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings, provide status reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and organizational objectives.
• Oversee project testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Promote collaboration across teams and ensure timely resolution of project challenges.
• Ensure compliance with project governance, processes, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of project management experience, with experience leading ERP implementation projects.
• Experience managing SAP implementation, migration, rollout, or support projects is preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and implementation methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar applications.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an advantage.
