Job summary

Heritage Multi Office Products is seeking an experienced ERP Consultant / Infor ERP Specialist to join our team in Quezon City. You will lead ERP system implementations, configure modules, troubleshoot issues, and translate business requirements into system solutions.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ERP experience, especially with Infor SyteLine/CSI, M3, or LN, and is comfortable delivering user training and system documentation onsite at Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support.
• Knowledge of Infor SyteLine/CSI, Infor M3 or Infor LN is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical or functional support for ERP applications.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Consultant / Infor ERP Specialist with hands-on experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in ERP implementation, system configuration, troubleshooting, application support, or business process improvement.

Candidates with experience in Infor ERP solutions are highly preferred, particularly Infor SyteLine (Infor CloudSuite Industrial/CSI), Infor M3, and Infor LN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ERP system implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical or functional support for ERP applications.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Support ERP modules related to manufacturing, inventory, supply chain, finance, or other business processes.
• Coordinate with users, clients, and project teams to ensure successful system implementation.
• Prepare system documentation and provide user training when required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a four-year college course in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Must have hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, application support, or consulting is preferred.
• Knowledge of Infor SyteLine / Infor CSI, Infor M3, or Infor LN is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with experience in other ERP platforms may also apply if they have relevant implementation or system support experience.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Santa Mesa Heights, Quezon City.

Preferred Experience:
