Job summary

Merck Gruppe in the Philippines seeks a Delivery Key User to support Accounts Payable, operational purchasing, and vendor master data across multiple ERP systems. The role centers on knowledge sharing, issue resolution, and driving process improvements with cross-functional teams in procurement, finance, and IT.

You will train new purchasing agents, manage change requests, run tests for major releases, and help standardize P2P processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of international purchasing or accounts payable experience.
• Strong Purchase-to-Pay process knowledge or willingness to obtain it with different background.
• Experience with Vendor Master Data Maintenance (Back-End).
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is advantageous for identifying efficiency opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level Ariba and ERP support through Procure4You and explain system functionalities.
• Manage incident tracking and resolution in procurement systems.
• Train new purchasing agents and onboard Key Users; conduct regular end-user trainings in English.
• Lead change requests (CR) and update requirements as needed.
• Run multiple test cases for major release updates and CRs; test solutions for incidents.
• Help with process standardization and efficiency across systems.
• Support project transformation, migration and deployment initiatives.
• Enable post-go-live end-user support to promote system adoption.
