Qualifications

• 3+ years of international purchasing or accounts payable experience.
• Strong Purchase-to-Pay process knowledge.
• Vendor Master Data maintenance experience.
• ERP systems knowledge: SAP, Oracle, OpenText.
• Familiar with HPALM and test scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level Ariba and ERP support through Procure4You and explain system functionalities.
• Incident management and resolution tracking.
• Train new purchasing agents and onboard new Key Users via Teams in English.
• Lead change requests and manage requirements.
• Perform test cases for major releases and changes.
• Identify efficiency improvements and system enhancements.
• Participate in transformation, migration, and deployment projects.
• Support post-go-live end-user adoption and knowledge sharing.
• Assist standardization of P2P processes across systems.
• Provide insights through performance and efficiency reports.
