Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of complex Procure To Pay experience.
• Strong knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes.
• Advanced ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, OpenText).
• Experience with testing and data migration activities (HPALM).

Responsibilities

• First Level Ariba and ERP support via Service Now; explain system functionalities.
• Incident management and training of new purchasing agents; update training materials.
• Lead change requests and maintain requirements for process improvements.
• Execute multiple test cases for major releases and changes.
• Drive process standardization across P2P systems, focusing on AP.
• Provide post-go-live end-user support and performance insights.
