Empower is seeking a Senior Manager, Stock Plan Participant Services in the Philippines to lead a team delivering high-quality participant experiences across equity plans. You will supervise frontline associates, coach staff, and ensure service standards, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

The role focuses on stock plan transactions, education for participants, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to uphold service excellence and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CEP designation or equivalent preferred.
• FINRA licenses as listed or obtained within policy timelines.
• Experience in equity compensation, stock plans, and regulated financial services.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Stock Plan Participant Services team to deliver high-quality participant experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, performance management, coaching, and staff development to achieve service and regulatory objectives.
• Monitor staffing, queues, KPIs, and escalation handling to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC requirements and internal controls across stock plan activities.
• Educate participants on equity plans, trading processes, and available resources.
• Identify process improvements and drive operational enhancements with leadership.
• Support onboarding and training of new associates and alignment with best practices.
