Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Stock Plan Participant Services to lead a team delivering high-quality participant experiences across equity plans. You will supervise frontline associates, drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across functions to uphold service standards.

Reporting to the Director of Stock Plan Participant Services, you will oversee complex stock plan transactions, educate participants on plan features, and continuously improve processes while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in equity compensation or financial services.
Experience supervising operational workflows in a regulated financial services environment.
Knowledge of FINRA/SEC requirements and supervisory controls.
CEP designation required or to be obtained within corporate-approved timeframes.
FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Stock Plan Participant Services professionals.
Provide day-to-day supervision, performance management, and coaching.
Monitor staffing, workloads, and service queues for efficiency.
Escalate complex participant inquiries and operational issues.
Oversee stock plan transactions and brokerage activities in accordance with procedures.
