Job summary

AF Payments Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an EPgMO Specialist to support the Head of EPgMO in coordinating, planning, controlling and reporting on project progress across multiple initiatives. You will apply EPgMO methods to each lifecycle stage and ensure best practices are consistently used.

The role requires strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations across complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• At least three years of experience as Project Assistant, Coordinator or Junior PM.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications and file management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with the EPgMO Team to ensure execution per plan.
• Chair meetings, take notes and follow up on action items.
• Document requirements and track progress against milestones.
• Identify risks, propose solutions and monitor dependencies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for governance and stakeholders.
