Job summary

Biopharma Careers in Manila seeks a Specialist, Project Management Support to bolster the Strategy Office's ProMO portfolio monitoring. You will collaborate with project leads, stream heads, senior leaders, and compliance stakeholders to enhance transparency, governance, and operational excellence across GBS.

You will monitor and report on GBS projects via ProMO, coordinate cross-functional updates, and contribute to audits, dashboards, and communications for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1+ year experience in data analysis, project support and stakeholder management.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management monitoring and reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support ProMO users with queries and stakeholder concerns.
• Assist in creating, logging, updating project intentions in ProMO.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder communications to show project status.
• Facilitate onboarding, Q&A sessions, and information releases for new users.
• Maintain ProMO dashboard and related templates for data accuracy.
• Support audit and compliance activities with calendars and findings follow-up.
