Responsibilities

• Partner with the Visionary to implement EOS principles and ensure alignment.
• Develop, document, and optimize processes and systems to support growth.
• Manage leadership teams and hold managers and staff accountable for performance.
• Oversee daily operations and execute company initiatives.
• Use ClickUp, EOS tools, and AI to streamline workflows.
• Monitor KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
