Responsibilities

Partner with the Visionary to implement EOS principles and ensure organizational alignment.
Develop, document, and optimize processes and systems to support business growth.
Manage leadership teams and hold managers and employees accountable for performance and results.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.
Utilize platforms such as ClickUp, EOS tools, and AI solutions to streamline workflows.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements.
