Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/related field.
• 2 to 4 years of AP/ supplier master data experience.
• Experience in medium to large multinational organizations preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial platforms for supplier/AP management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supplier Master Data Management: setup new suppliers and maintain records with complete, validated information.
• Data Collection and Analysis: review supplier information to ensure accuracy of master data records.
• Accounts Payable Compliance: adhere to P2P processes, internal controls, and policies including SOX standards.
• Financial Policies, Guidelines, and Protocols: apply governance procedures to supplier data activities.
• Relationship Management: build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve data issues.
• Issue Resolution and Escalation: investigate and resolve supplier data concerns; escalate complex matters when needed.
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to enhance supplier data management processes.
• Data Management: maintain supplier information in enterprise systems ensuring accuracy.
• Operational Compliance: understand procedures and regulatory requirements to ensure standard-compliant activity.
• Information and Business Support: guide internal customers on onboarding and payment-related procedures.
• Personal Capability Building: continue learning about AP operations and data governance.
